Avocado Rice Cakes

This Avocado Rice Cake is a quick, flavorful snack that’s perfect for boosting your mood and digestion. Packed with healthy fats and anti-inflammatory benefits, it’s a tasty way to fuel your body in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 brown rice cakes 
  • 1 avocado, sliced or cubed 
  • ½ jalapeño, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds 
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • ½ lime

Directions

  1. Place the sliced or cubed avocado on each brown rice cake. Gently mash the avocado with a fork to help it stay in place.
  2. Top with sliced jalapeño and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added flavor.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
