Wellness Coach
Making changes can be so difficult and so many families feel like they should be able to do it on their own. But you don’t have to! I help families make sustainable change in a way that feels doable and fun.

Alisha Morgan is a Pediatric Physical Therapist and Certified Professional Coach who helps her clients and their families design realistic health and wellness goals, harness their strengths to overcome challenges, and go beyond what they would do on their own.

Alisha has been operating her life coaching practice since 2015. She also has two decades of experience as a physical therapist, working with children and families in hospital and private clinic settings.

Drawing on her clinical and coaching experience, Alisha believes in the importance of a holistic approach to health, rather than focusing exclusively on physical conditions. In her coaching practice, she applies a whole person view of health and well-being to help empower her clients.

Making changes can sometimes be difficult, even when someone wants to change. As a wellness coach, Alisha encourages clients and collaborates with them to address the habits they wish to change. She also supports clients with implementing recommendations made by their healthcare practitioners, including other members of the Reset team.
