Shifu Jing is a 34th generation Shaolin Warrior Monk and a master teacher of Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong meditation. 

He was born in rural China and among the select few chosen to live in the Shaolin Temple at age 9. After many years of practice, he was invited to travel the globe and went on the Shaolin Temple’s world tour for 6 years. 

He is based in Australia and is keen to help children and families improve their health through the transformative potential of martial arts.
